60-Day Return Window
You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
This gives you plenty of time to try the products and decide if they work for you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
Products must be in original condition. Reasonable trial use is fine, but items should not be fully emptied or excessively used.
Original packaging is preferred but not strictly required as long as the product is intact.
We do not accept returns on items that have been clearly emptied or damaged by misuse.

How to Start a Return
Go to the Contact page and send us a message with your order number and the reason for return.
We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and simple instructions.
Pack the product securely and ship it to the provided address.
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product has a quality issue or we made an error with your order. For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping.
Refund Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product within a few business days.
After approval, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

How Long Until You See the Money

Cancellations Before Shipment
